Our Story
2009 | Where it all started
Global Quality Assurance was originally part of the Paragon Certification Group up until 2019.
After a decade of working under the Paragon Certification Group banner, Global Quality Assurance funded ‘ISO Flow and Go’. This would see a platform created that would utilise both an Artificial Intelligence and Emotional intelligence based machine learning system to deliver continual improvement for Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety and Data Security standards based on the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The project team included ISO expertise dating back to BS5750 days and a ‘tech’ resource that has driven 3 IPOs and more than a dozen exits in Tech Product, Service, infrastructure and Tech-enabled solutions. The project saw the formation of GQA Online in 2021.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide you with that much needed ISO certificate, verifying that you are working to (or towards) the international standard of your choice, giving your customers confidence and helping you win new business.

We believe in a ‘Keep it Simple’ approach which creates clear, straightforward guidance for 'true' ISO management system implementation, while being recognised at the same time.

GQA Online provides a non-mandatory three year assessment programme which consists of;

Year One | A Baseline System Assessment
- This assessment ensures you have the necessary framework in place, this usually consists of a documented manual.

Year Two | System Deployment Assessment
- This is where we introduce you to various system tools which assists you in achieving continual improvement, such as audit schedules and reporting.
Year Three | System Effectiveness
- This is where we assess the effectiveness of your management system implementation to ensure it can undertake any vigorous external audit should you wish to transfer to a government recognised body.
Why?
After noticing the success of remote auditing during the COVID19 pandemic, ‘ISO Flow and Go’ learned various new techniques that would take the whole certification process online backed up by artificial intelligence.
